(untitled) This panel is of my mother’s old house. I hope to convey the subliminal unsettling feeling that being there brings for me. I loved my time at that house and the memories I have with my mom before she left were amazing, but since she has left it’s harder for me to see those happy memories over the trauma I faced at the end. The house was always welcoming and warm when I arrived, but the interior was a very different emotional landscape.
